Daniel Malone
Daniel is an Executive Coach, Speaker and Leadership Consultant.
He brings a wealth of international and executive leadership experience to the table featuring associations with Paypal, Salesforce, Mullineux & Leeu, SA Cricket & Rugby, and Keller Education.
Daniel holds both Bachelor & Masters level degrees from UCD. He is the Executive Director of Capital and a partner with RocheMartin, an internationally recognised firm of organisational psychologists.
Claire Pryce
Claire is a seasoned executive coach with a background in Organisational Psychology.
She integrates her coaching expertise with her extensive leadership experience working with teams in both the private and not for profit arenas in the UK and Australia. She is guided by a holistic approach centred on empowering sales teams to embrace bold leadership.
Claire is a Master Practitioner in NLP & Metadynamics from TCI, and holds a BSocSc with Psychology from University Cape Town.
Deborah Carley
With a background in Education and Development, Deborah oversees Partnerships.
She takes a pro-active role in exploring and bringing dynamic research and learning to the marketplace. Deborah comes alongside teams in finding the right approach for their desired outcomes for measured performance and specialises in the development of the emerging marketplace generation.
Deborah holds both a BA & H.Dip in Education from Trinity College Dublin.
Mike Sadie
Mike is an executive coach known for his dynamic approach and global experience spanning Europe, Africa and Asia.
Passionate about team and individual development, he specialises in cultivating strengths for professional success. With experience in both private and non-profit sectors, Mike excels in established organisations and pioneering ventures fostering growth, resilience, and leadership excellence cross-culturally.
Mike is a certified Global Strengths Coach and accredited executive coach with UCT.
